PAYMENT

Banner Payments are required to be paid in full on completion of banners.

Payments can be made by either cash on pick up or direct deposit.  Direct deposit payments must be made prior to pick up/post & proof of receipt may be requested.

ORDERS

Please get your Orders in ASAP, as they are dealt with on a “first come first serve” basis, especially during the busy periods such as Finals.  Pre booked orders must be reconfirmed by the sat/sun of the week the banner is needed.  Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the order.

POSTAL ORDERS

Postal orders will not be posted until full banner payments (inc postage) are received in full.  Crepe to Break Banners take no responsibility/liability for postal delays due to delayed payments OR for delays & or damaged product, that may occur through Australia Post/courier.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of orders may be subject to a recovery cost fee for the time and product put into the order prior to cancellation. Crepe to Break Banners, reserves the right to request a deposit prior to making a banner as we see fit. Banners completed on or prior to cancellation will result in full invoice costs to be billed to the customer.

PRODUCTS

All logos, emblems (club, business, sponsors) maybe subject to copyright by their respective owners and as such may not be available for public use or display.

We reserve the right to refuse anything that may be discriminative or offensive to be put onto a banner. Crepe to Break Banners , takes no responsibility/liability for breach of copyright after sales/supply, where logos have been added to banners that have been purchased from, or supplied by Crepe to Break Banners without permission or written consent from us the owners.

No products that we supply may be altered re-sold or modified in any way.

USE OF BANNERS

All banners/poles are to be used at own risk! Crepe to Break Banners will not take any responsibility or be liable for any incidental damages, injury to body/personal injury (including death), damages to property or damages or defects caused by misuse or abuse & or any alterations of the banner.

PHOTOS OF BANNERS

Crepe to Break Banners has the right to use photos of banners for the company website for advertising purposes.
